As you know, Coshocton City Schools is lucky to have our MVHC school-based clinic on our campus. Recently, Kristen Tracey was hired as our new full-time Nurse Practitioner. Please welcome Kristen to our healthcare team.
Kristen Tracey:
Kristen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. While working as a nurse, she would hear from patients that they were uncomfortable discussing certain issues with their doctor. This inspired her to become a nurse practitioner, as she can connect with her patients making them feel comfortable discussing their concerns and medical issues. Kristen enjoys treating patients with a variety of conditions. A fun fact about Kristen is she enjoys going camping with her family. Kristen joined the MVHC Team in January of 2024.
Melissa Matchett is the clinic LPN. She is the friendly face that greets you and gets you check in for the Nurse Practitioner. Please do not hesitate to introduce yourself and "Hi!" to Kristen and Melissa.
Melissa Matchett:
Melissa became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) following her education at Mideast Career and Technology Center. She decided to become an LPN because she enjoys helping people. She loves helping patients of all ages, but especially kids. A fun fact about Melissa is she and her husband have six children and two grandchildren! She spends a lot of her free time enjoying sports with her children, whether it be a game, practice, or playing in their yard for fun. Prior to joining the MVHC Team in 2020, Melissa worked at Primecare Peds.
