We had a great BOLT session this morning with 40+ leaders from within our building! It was a great lesson on leading with a positive mindset and having great body language. When listening to our student-athletes, they really put it into perspective that we won't always have something go our way. It might be in life, in the classroom, or when participating in our sport. The better we carry ourselves as individuals the better the team will be. We really want to thank Coshocton McDonalds for feeding our kids this morning! We have had some very generous community members throughout this year. If anyone would ever like to sponsor a Thursday morning session or donate in anyway feel free to contact us here at the high school! Go Skins!

Tomorrow is the day! As many of you know, our neighboring school Tusky Valley could use our help. We are asking students and staff to wear RED this Friday and if possible bring in a monetary donation. It is a tough time for our friends and anything we can do to help will be appreciated.

As the seasons change, we reflect on the progress we have made so far this school year, I want to pause and express my heartfelt gratitude to those who make our district more than just a place of learning. It is a close-knit community where each day, growth and transformation happen not just in our classrooms, but in every interaction we have. To our Board of Education, I extend a sincere thank you. Your guidance is the compass that steers our ship. Your decisions, made with foresight and consideration, lay the groundwork for our district success. You serve not only as stewards of our mission but as the guardians of our community's trust and investment in education. Our teachers and staff are the backbone of our schools. Your dedication and resilience are the engines that drive our district forward. Each day, you come with a commitment to ignite curiosity and nurture the potential in every student. You teach not just academics, but life lessons that will equip our students for the world beyond our doors. To our students, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn inspire us daily. You remind us why we stepped into education in the first place – to see you grow, succeed, and become the leaders of tomorrow. Your diverse perspectives and eagerness to engage make our schools rich with ideas and energy. Families, your unwavering support and collaboration create a partnership that enriches our educational environment. Lastly, to the community at large, your engagement and support are invaluable. From local businesses to alumni, your involvement, whether through your time, resources or sharing your expertise, further empowers our students to reach for their dreams. I’m proud to once again be part of this school community and hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. Mark Kowalski Superintendent
