The 2020 Coshocton County Board of Developmental Disabilities Dedication Award was granted to Coshocton Elementary’s very own Deb Gosset (lovingly known as “Gigi” to her students)! Mrs. Gosset has put her heart and soul into helping students for over 33 years. She began her career at Central Elementary, later transferring to Southlawn Elementary and has been with us at CES working in a Multicategorical Unit since the school opened. Mrs. Gosset has worked with students in all grade levels and numerous categories, positively impacting hundreds of children. Her coworkers describe her as a committed, caring, giving and humble person.
Each year The Coshocton County Board of Developmental Disabilities offers a Dedication Award-This award recognizes a person, direct care staff, or group of people who are extraordinary in giving their time (paid or unpaid) to help others who have a developmental disability. They are selfless leaders and are always working towards promoting independence and making positive changes. The recipient(s) of this award showcases a passion for making advances in an individual's lives.
