Good Evening CES families,
This is a friendly reminder that our annual family reading night is Thursday night from 5-7 in the cafeteria. We are anticipating a fun filled experience with our featured guest Jim “Basketball” Jones. In addition to the AMAZING show he has planned for you, we will have a photo booth, and community partners who can be visited prior to the show. There will also be pizza, free books and a reading tool for every CES student that attends, as well as the chance to win prizes such as a 43 inch television, a scooter, lego sets, a variety of theme baskets and so much more! We can’t wait to see you there, gym doors will open at 5 o’clock sharp.

Coshocton Football Alumni 2nd Annual Golf Outing. Attached you will find a form to sign up for the outing and also a sponsorship form.
Please make sure to get ahold of cfbalumni@gmail.com or justin.smith@coshoctoncityschools.com if you have any questions.

Attention GEARS Parents/Guardians: The state requires us to complete parent surveys and the information obtained is used to determine the funding to support the GEARS program. Most of the before school parents just completed these surveys this week in the mornings at drop off.
After school parents are being asked to come a few minutes early next Tuesday, April 9, 2024 or Wednesday, April 10, 2024. We will have a table set up by the front doors starting at 5:00pm. Dismissal will still be at 5:30pm on those days. We are asking that after school parents, please arrive around 5pm on either of those days to complete your parent surveys?
On another note, your child was given a take home family project last week. They have been asked to complete a "Kindness Quilt." The students that return their quilt pieces by April 15, 2024 will participate in an ice cream party on April 23, 2024. This applies to both before and after school students.
We appreciate all of our GEARS students and families and your cooperation!

Tuesday is the start of Dollar Dog Days. Bring in your donations to help out our local Animal Shelter. Any amount helps! These animals need, food, medications, toys, treats and lots of love. Let's show them we care!

Congrats to all the Winter Sports Athletes and their accomplishments!
Congrats to Isabelle, Colton, and Logan with getting their names on the record board
Congrats to Isabelle and Colton for their ALL-OHIO selections.
