Eight (8) Calamity Days Used: *Days 1-5 →We used two (2) at the start of the school year and three (3) this winter built into our schedule as Calamity Days. *Days 6-8 →Blizzard Bags were assigned for students to complete at home. Future Calamity Day Plans: *Days 9-10 →We will have ‘Blended Learning’ days where students will complete assignments on their Chromebooks at home. Teachers will be available from 7:15am-2:35pm for support via email. *Days 11 (any beyond)→The plans for these days will be announced at a later time. WE CURRENTLY HAVE HAD SIX (6) SNOW DAYS. Snow Days #1-#5-These days were built into our schedule as Calamity Days. Snow Days #6-#8-These are our three Blizzard Bag Days (students need to turn in completed assignments for attendance credit.) Grades K-2 will use “work bags” already sent home in preparation for these days. Students in grades 3-6 check Google Classroom & your email for assignments. Snow Days #9, #10-These will be Blended Learning (Remote) days for students. Grades K-2 will use “work bags”(coming home Mon, Feb 7th). Grades 3-6 will log into their Chromebooks to check Google Classroom & your school email for assignments. Snow Days #11 & beyond will be announced at a later date. Please call us with any questions!

Good evening! This message is for all parents and staff of Coshocton City Schools. The new Coshocton City Schools Health Center is now open to all students and staff. It is conveniently located on the first floor of Coshocton High School near the GAC Entrance. Staffed with trained health care professionals, the CCS Health Center provides complete health care and behavioral health services. You are asked to call ahead to schedule an appointment. Please call (888) 454-5157 to reach the health center or you may text (740) 891-9000. Students must have parental consent prior to treatment. Go to our CCS district website, click "Menu", then "CCS Health Center" for additional information and consent forms. Remote learning packets were sent home last week for students in grades K-2 in preparation for today’s situation. Attention all 1st-6th grade girls who participated in youth league basketball…tonight’s Varsity Girl’s basketball game has been postponed until tomorrow night (Tuesday, 1/25 at 7:00) due to weather conditions. All youth league participants who attend will be announced tomorrow night at halftime. Please come cheer on the Lady Redskins and wear your youth league t-shirt. Remember, youth league members get in for free, but family members must purchase online tickets which you can find through Hometown Ticketing on our district website.
