Today your student received a GEARS acceptance or wait list letter to bring home. Program participation was based on the date of receipt of your application and your student's current grade level. The GEARS Program currently does have a waitlist. GEARS before-school and after-school starts Tuesday, September 6, 2022. Before-school starts promptly at 7:15am. You may drop your student off at the lower gym doors, where staff will greet them. After-school runs from 3:30-5:30pm and you must pick your student up as NO transportation is provided. All students must be picked up promptly at 5:30pm. Please be watching for an informational sheet to come home on your student's first day of GEARS with instructions on how to sign up for the Remind app, where you will receive updates about the program. We are looking forward to an exciting year ahead!

Good afternoon, this is Mr. Meiser with an important message for all parents of incoming CES kindergarten students. You should have received a letter which included your child’s homeroom teacher, start date and a request to call CES to set up an appointment for your child’s orientation. During this orientation you will meet the teacher, review important information for a successful year and receive some wonderful gifts! If you did not receive a letter this means we are missing required documentation for your child to start school. Please call the school office at 740-622-5514 to set up your appointment for orientation on either Wednesday August 24 or Thursday August 25th. #CoshoctonPride.

Schedule Pick Up
What an AMAZING time we had at summer school and GEARS. All of the students worked hard polishing their math and reading skills and are ready to start the new school year. This week the students enjoyed Karate Club with Sensei Jon McFarland, Chair Yoga with Mrs. Snider, STEM Club with Mrs. Yoder, and Art Exploration with Mrs. Brown. The students also learned about different fruits and vegetables with Mrs. Hoffman from the OSU Extension Office and enjoyed a couple afternoons of popsicle treats. Thank you for spending your summer with us. Good luck this year and see you soon.
