Good Evening, This is Nurse Roberts,
This message is for all Coshocton High School parents, guardians, and students 16 years old and older. You should have received a letter in the mail about an upcoming COVID-19 vaccine student clinic that will be held at Coshocton High School. The first vaccine is tentatively being
planned for April 29th . I am asking that you please return the letter to school with your response as soon as possible so I will be able to determine how much vaccine we will need to secure. The Pfizer vaccine has been approved for children as young as 16 years of age. Any student under 18 years of age would be required to have parental consent to receive the vaccine. Forms will be sent home with all of those interested. Parents will not be required to attend the clinic with their student. There will be no cost to the family. You are in no way required to have your child vaccinated by the Ohio Department of Health at this time. My hope is to assist anyone that would like to receive the vaccine and save parents and guardians time away from work or other obligations. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me at 740-622-5514 ext. 3008 or email me at laura.roberts@coshoctoncityschools.com
Thank you and have a great evening!
