Picture day is almost here! School Picture Day is next Wednesday Sept. 6th. All Students will be photographed. You are able to order online by visiting www.hrimaging.com both before and after picture day.

CES REMINDER: All end-of-the-day changes need to be made in writing. Example: If your student is typically a busser and you want to pick them up please send a note with your student that morning. The note needs to include the date, student's name, teacher's name, time of pick-up, and your signature. Thank you for understanding. Keeping your children safe is our priority and this simple procedure ensures your child arrives at the right location and to the right person each day.
Coshocton Boys Varsity Soccer at West Muskingum tonight will be starting at 7:00 pm, and it will be played on the turf field.
Attention parents: GEARS before school and after school will be starting on September 11, 2023 for the 2023/2024 school year. Applications were handed out at open house and will also be sent home with each student on their first day of school. Applications must be returned no later than August 31, 2023. Due to the heat advisory tomorrow evening 8/24/23 the 7/8th grade football game at River View vs Coshocton will now start at 7PM. The bus for the players and cheerleaders will depart by CHS at 545.
Football Friday Night Update!
Due to Coshocton hosting the game we have made the decision to move the start time from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM on 8/25/23 against Johnstown. This is due to the heat index and safety of our student athletes.

IMPORTANT INFO: At Open House tonight (5:00-6:00pm) please remember to-
#1 Check the posted Bus List. If you feel your student is not on the right bus or not on a bus list at all and you need transportation please see Mr. Conrad, Director of Transportation, in the cafeteria. #2 If your student is not on a posted class list please report to the computer lab to complete your final forms. A classroom teacher cannot be assigned until these are done. The computer lab will be open from 4 pm-7 pm and staff will be available to help you at that time.
CES LITTLE LEAGUE FOOTBALL: Grade 3-6 Little League Football sign ups are Wednesday, August 23rd and Thursday, August 24th from 4:30pm-6:00pm at the CHS Tennis Courts.

Cambridge Rd entrance is for bus/handicapped drop-off only. If students arrive after 8:45 you must sign them in at the main office. CES will be hosting an open computer lab for all elementary and high school parents from 4-7 pm on Tuesday, August 22nd for anyone needing help completing their final forms. Please remember: Final forms must be completed prior to the first day of school. Your child will not be assigned a homeroom until all forms are completed.
